Our refund and returns policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

We hence request you to inform us by any of the below means about your intention of returning the product so that we can send our courier person to pick the item. This will enable us to send your refund within 14 days of the pick up done.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 of days pickup of item from your end

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We prefer to refund you item . Exchange can be initiated only after your special request that would be needed to be approved from us. You can send these request at heteshe@ataw.co.in.

Shipping returns

We take full responsibility for picking up the items that needed to be returned from your end. You don’t have to pay any thing for the same.
